Refund/Return Policy
Return & Replacement Eligibility
- You can request a return or replacement only if the product is physically damaged on arrival.
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear video as proof.
- The product must remain sealed and unused.
- Your order will exchange & replacement will be delivered with in 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed supplements.
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
- Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
Return Process

- Provide your order ID, videos of the damaged product & package.
- Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to return it.
- After inspection, a replacement will be sent. If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (only in case replacement is not possible) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the damaged product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7days.
Important Notes
- Damage claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
