Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • You can request a return or replacement only if the product is physically damaged on arrival.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear video as proof.
  • The product must remain sealed and unused.
  • Your order will exchange & replacement will be delivered with in 7 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed supplements.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.

  • Provide your order ID, videos of the damaged product & package.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to return it.
  • After inspection, a replacement will be sent. If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (only in case replacement is not possible) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the damaged product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7days.

Important Notes

  • Damage claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
